My name is Chris McCluskie and I'm a Scottish freelance photographer based in East Lothian but travel all over to capture sporting events, weddings, music events and landscapes as well as having the use of studio space for product shots and portraits.
I am a published sports photographer in both print and online mediums and have been in national newspapers such as The Observer, The Guardian and the Daily Record etc. I cover football, rugby, athletics, cycling and anything else that catches my eye and imagination.
I shoot all levels of football from girls and boys under 7s to youth football and professional level all the way up to International games. When the 2014-15 season gets under way in August – as well as covering all the Leagues in Scotland – I'll be dipping my toe into English Premiership and Championship.
As well as sport, I am an accomplished wedding photographer and have been lucky enough to shoot some beautiful weddings in castles in the Highlands of Scotland to long, golden beaches in England.
I'm fortunate enough to have a friend in a band who I regularly go along to photograph in different venues. I've recorded many amazing nights with the band and, obviously not knowing at the time, even managed to photograph him whilst he sang through having a heart-attack on stage!
