Hutchison Vale v Tynecastle FC under 14s

Next up down at Dunbar's New Countess Park on Sunday was Hutchie v Tynie. This was a hard fought cracker which, at times, got a bit niggley. Hutchison ran out winners 3-2.

I managed to get some nice goal celebrations during the game – the highlight perhaps being when Daniel Purves put Tynecatle up one nil and did his tumbling back flips. The expression on the faces of the fans made me chuckle when I looked back at the shots.

Newcraighall v Hutchison Vale under 13s

On Sunday I was down at New Countess Park, Dunbar, to shoot two South East Region cup finals. First up was Newcraighall Leith Vics v Hutchison Vale under 13s. It was a great game with Leith Vics running out winners four goals to one.

One lad, Yrick Gallantes, was fantastic and lit up the game when he scored an absolute peach – juggling the ball twice on his head, knocking it between two defenders with his right foot and blasting a left foot rocket across the Hutchie keeper and into the far top right corner.

I managed to get one or two pics and got a bit sunburn too!
